How Does Oral Sedation Work?
Oral moderate sedation involves a prescribed sedative pill taken shortly before your appointment begins. As the medication takes effect, you will enter a state of profound relaxation and drowsiness.

Unlike general anesthesia, you are not "asleep." You can still breathe on your own and respond to simple instructions from our dental team.
The "Amnesia" Effect

Important: Transportation Required
